Unable to delete table entries - can't find records with these entries?

Hi all - sure this is easily sorted but..

We need to clean up our tables, namely addresses. Many Counties have been mis-entered or duplicated over the years. Simple enough. However there are a fair few the system tells me can't be deleted because they're in use. I'm querying (all types) as much as I can and coming up with nothing, no evidence of any records with these entries. How can I find these records and/or override this to delete the entries?

Table clean-up has been useful in a few instances, and I know I could make-up something like a ‘Do Not Use’ entry, then use Clean-Up to override all the pesky undeletables with this, but it still leaves me with the lingering feeling that I could not find records!

Hi @Henry Gray - Did you use Addresses - All Addresses - County and included inactive, deceased and invalid address?
