Gifts Not Posted from RE to FE

I have a batch of gifts that are not posting from RE to FE.

Does anyone know what could be the issue?

One batch of gifts I posted, I got an Exception Report - Exception Reason: Invalid GL Account Number. I went in and checked fund codes against account codes to make sure the GL Account number was valid.

How do you fix this?

I just did another batch and out of the 3/10 gifts did not post.

If anyone has a solution to this, please let me know.

Hi @Veronica Stubbs - You may need to work with Finance to re-link/load the GL Account Number listed within that particular fund.
