Pulling Alumni Affiliation Information

Anybody have any insight on how (if) we can pull alumni affiliation information? Doesn't appear to be available as a data point in basic or advanced lists, reports, or any SKY School API endpoint.

It appears the only way to get to this information is to pull up an individual's record.

Sadly, that gets me access to the generic text field of “Affiliation” located in the “General Information” portion of the Contact Card.

I'm looking to pull the Alumni Affiliation information that is located on the Access tab which is initially populated when you enroll a student manually or import in the student role.

Jamie - try noodling with a variation of this advanced list (you may still need to manipulate the data pull):

Hi Jamie!

You need to use three fields from the School Class User object and the Role School Class object. Pull the “Graduation Year” field and “Graduated” field from Role School Class and the "Honorary Alum field from School Class User. That will give you the data from the Alumni Affiliation button.
