Hi, Does anyone have good examples of one page donation forms created in BBIS? If so, please comment with the link. Does BBIS have an option to cover the fees? Thanks!

Some the ones we've done here in Australia recently that stand out:

Adding in something like covering fees, would be fairly straight forward with some JavaScript - just need to add a checkbox onto the page, and when checked it increases the donation amount by a given amount and/or percentage.
