Use of Multiple Email Addresses

I would like to be able to use different email addresses for different purposes. One person might have two or three email addresses, but only one can be marked as Primary. One email might be personal and I would want to use it for personal emails/solicitations, such as donations or event attendance, etc.. Their other email might be professional and I would want to use this one for certain types of mass email communications, such as work related emails and sponsorships, etc. How do I set it up so I can choose which email I want to use for my email lists? Hopefully this question made sense.

The easiest way would be in how you identify your emails. Name your types appropriately: personal / work / etc. You can pull by type and/or email marked as primary.

I did set up types, but when using the Email List function in RE NXT, it doesn't seem to allow me to pick which email type I want. It seems to just default to Primary. Or am I missing something?

In db you can select and choose to make a list.

Sorry, I don't know if that option is hidden somewhere in webview.

There are many shortcomings in the filter options of webview, IMO. Today we found that there is no way to run radius pulls using seasonal addresses for all of our folks who come back to the Black Hills for the summer but winter south.

Michelle, you should see a drop down list in NXT Marketing email and you can select the applicable email type Here is a screen shot of what ours looks like
