Constituent API endpoint missing the modified date.

Hi Team,

In reference to the Constituent API endpoint
1) The request does not allow creating a filter with the date and time of the last modification

2) The response doesn't have a field with the last modification date.

But in some other query blocks, it is possible

Ideally, when we are syncing records (constituent in this case) we only query the latest updated records based on the above-mentioned query parameters. If this is not available then we end up querying all the records every time. Our integration will be running on a time-based frequency and will only try to pull the latest modified records.

This is very critical for the integration we are building.

Please assist.
