Prospect Insights is a new product from Blackbaud. I'd like to hear from the community what you think about it. Is it something you'd be willing to invest in, especially for organizations with limited personnel or research capabilities?

@Sheila Wortham I wasn't even aware of this add-on. There's a lot of questions about the functionality, how the ratings are calculated, and the cost? The information for it seems to be kinda sparse TBH, but I would have to see more information or have the ability to test it out before even considering it.

Similar thoughts - does the product actually do ratings or is it just an option to pull the data/analysis/insights so user doesn't have to do it themselves? Description did not say clearly identify data source so I was wondering if it's using BB's Research Point/Target Analytics.

@Jeannie Goings Yes, had looked at page. Still question where data is coming from and if it requires and additional $ module.
