First Time Event Attendees

We're interested in seeing which constituents coming to an event are attending an event for the first time. Does anyone know of an easy way to do this? I'm sure I could work my way through queries and merges, but I'm looking for something that I can set up and others can just click a button and run.

@Carolyn Moatz - You can find this information through a Constituent Query with the Criteria field under Summary Information > Summary for Event Participants > Total Number of Event Participants.
