Has anyone had problems with Sprint or T-Mobile and Text Notifications?

We sent two announcement notifications to our faculty/staff today. Those set up to receive text notifications through Sprint or T-Mobile (who are merging) did not receive either text. I verified their phones receive SMS messages and that their phone settings are correct for notifications. I opened a ticket with support but was wondering if anyone else who had recently sent out notifications was having any issues.

@Sondra Berry - I was told last week that “somebody was having trouble with T-Mobile…” but I never got the details needed to follow up.

@Brian Gray Thank you for replying. I will definitely let you know if I hear anything. I sent our employees with Sprint/T-Mobile an illustrated tutorial I found online about things they can check on their phones. Most had already followed those steps. But unless it is a signal strength issue specific to T-Mobile in our area, I believe it is something between Blackbaud and T-Mobile.

@Christina Guadalupe try using Verizon instead of Spectrum. That has worked for me in the past as it is the carrier Spectrum uses.
