How are you handling the new Mastercard requirement of pre-notification? We're having trouble figuring out how to know who should be getting the notification and when.

FOR ANY RECURRING GIFTS THAT ONLY OCCUR ONCE EVERY 6+ MONTHS, THE CONSTITUENT MUST RECEIVE PRE-NOTIFICATION THAT IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS, BUT NO MORE THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE BILLING DATE THAT INCLUDES THE TERMS AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CANCEL.

    You should be able to pull who your donors are using EFT/credit card payment criteria in a query. That is assuming you have EFT/credit card entered on the pledge record. Which seems to be required to process.

    I ran one real quick to see the number I had to be concerned about and it was quite easy. Pull the gift frequency or installment/next installment due info field into the query and you should have your list.
