Issues with OLX "Other" amount option

Hi, I'm having issues with our OLX donation forms. When a donor types a dollar amount on the “Other” option, it won't automatically select the option (highlight the option in blue) and keeps the “default” option selected, so instead of charging the donor the amount they intended, it ends up charging the amount from the default option. Anyone else having this issue? Donors are not happy, and the fees for all the refunds we are making are adding up.

@Veronica Renzo I feel like this wasn't happening before, there must have been an update. I had to add a note at the top of all of our donation forms in big red letters warning donors to please click on the “other” option until it turns blue before typing an amount, but some donors still miss it.

@Adriana Reyes - I remember reading somewhere that setting your buttons to the “Narrow” option resolves this issue.

@Adriana Reyes Hi Adriana! We had this problem about two weeks ago out of the blue. Our default was set to $10k as well and we received two calls within two hours or so stating they were charged $10k rather than the other amount they typed in. I got on the phone with Support and they suggested changing the buttons from wide to narrow. This fixed the issue for us.

@Austen Brown That does work. I like the list view better, but I think the narrow option is easier for donors.
