We have RE NXT/db, Importomatic and LO. Looking for documentation, best practice, procedures you may have about setting up and running Welcome Series. How do the components (campaign, query, groups) tie together. Do queries run automatically and create updated groups before an email message is sent. Timing between 3 emails? and are they scheduled to run every day? How do you suppress new Luminate donors who are NOT new donors to your org. We do not synch gift data between RE and LO.
