Multiple soft credits listed in queries

Hello all,

I was wondering if you had any tips on avoiding soft credits being duplicated in gift queries. Some gift entries have more than 1 soft credit. Is there a way to consolidate all the names in one line or perhaps capture/enter them all in another section combined?

@Jackie Cuevas, unfortunately this is not possible in a Gift query, to my knowledge. You CAN do this in Export, however. Link your gift query to a Gift Export and in your outputs specify how many soft credit names to output per gift. Each soft credit will take its own column, but it will be one line per gift.
