Using Links in Resource Boards

Is there an easier way to use external links in resource boards?
We are using resource boards for new families and most of the posts are just links back to our website. Is there an easier way to use a direct link in resource boards rather than having to be in multiple places at once? It seems unnecessarily time consuming to add links in the link section and go back and find what you need in the resource board. Any workarounds or workflow tips?
