Help- final pledge payment export

Hello all- our annual giving team is looking for an export of all final pledge payments this month so that they can send a thank-you to donors who have completed a pledge. I thought this would be a simple export- but I cannot get it right! Any advice or insight? Thanks to all.

@Kellie Dentler I would start with a constituent query with criteria of have a pledge to your annual fund and pledge balance is zero.

For the export use this query and output pledge data and last gift data -set criteria for gift this/last month, gift type pay-cash, annual fund, etc. This way you can see the last gift to the fund and the date it was made. You'll get more than just last month completions but in Excel it's not hard to filter out.

I'm thinking this should work, but not able to test it right now.

@Kellie Dentler There is also a field in query called Last Installment/Payment Due date that I have used for a similar purpose.

@Kellie Dentler are these already paid or just pledge payments scheduled for this month? I have been using the output query of the not paid reports for a last installment forecast report and that means pledges that are scheduled to zero out within a given time frame. I can send you the notes on that if you like.
