Recommendations for including vCard/.vcf in email marketing efforts?

Hello, everyone! I have recently been asked about including vCard/.vcf links in an email effort that is going out to constituents soon to alert them about our new texting platform, and that there are four “groups” (phone numbers) who they may receive texts from. In hopes of them “adding” us to their contacts, we'd like to include a vCard per phone number to make the process easier.

Has anyone done this? Have best practices? Have a file/process/tool that they recommend to make this easier on us to create? I am basically starting from scratch on researching this, but I do have this for reference: https://docs.fileformat.com/email/vcf/
