Education Data Entry - how to notate a school within a university

Looking for advice/best practices for notating a school within a University on an education relationship record. For example, say a constituent graduated from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Would you create a separate entry in the Schools table (thus having one school as “University of Pennsylvania” and a separate school in the table as “University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School of Business”), or is there a better way to notate the Wharton School detail on one record that lists the constituent's school as University of Pennsylvania?

@Stephanie Speakman Welcome to the BB Community forums.

When deciding how to put data in, I always want to think about extracting the data. How will I want to pull the info?
If pulling the info will I want to to show as U of P for some lists/reports? Then separate entry would be better. You could use the School Type Field or Campus for the Wharton info. Both can be used as filters in query and Export.
If you create a separate school name, you will just need to pull all appropriate school names in to get a complete list of U of P alumni.

Hopefully others will share. IMO it just depends on how you anticipate using the data.
