BBMS Fee Calculations

When a donor makes a $100.00 gift and agrees to pay the fees, why are they being charged more than the fees actually cost and their net gift amount is now some add amount like $100.27 or maybe $99.87? Something appear to be incorrectly programmed and our net disbursement amounts are very strange. Any explanation?

@LuAnn Davis - Welcome to the Blackbaud Community! Which fee coverage option are you using? Complete Cover uses a different approach from Donor Cover - you can read about them both here: https://webfiles-sc1.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/rex/content/fee-covers-rc.html?Highlight=fee%20cover%20options - with Complete Cover you should see the full amount of the gift (but not the ‘rounded up’ part). With Donor Cover you see - and receive - the gift amount plus the add-on portion when a donor chooses to cover the fees.
