Notification when new cases are created in Case Central

I'm not finding a great IdeaBank or Community for Case Central issues, so I'm posting here, but as an IT administrator, I would really benefit by an automatic notification every time a user at my institution creates a Case Central support case. That would help me to intervene when necessary and to become aware of user problems. According to Support, this functionality does not exist.

I'm posting the idea here in hopes that perhaps someone at Blackbaud involved in Case Central might pick up on it. Likewise, I've added the following Idea to the IdeaBank to Core. Please vote if this is something that you would find beneficial.
