Annual Giving Query

Hi,

Wondering if there a way to create a report/query that shows the student name, parent name and annual giving amount. We are trying to see which HR gives 100% first. Any thoughts? Suggestions?

@Marisa PhirangeeGentles An export with a query attached would be the way to go. For the columns you would have the student name, the parent name (if it is properly inputted into the relationship tab and the relationship drop-down box parent, and then the Annual Giving for that particular year. Pretty simple if this is what you are looking for.

I think this is possible as long as the student / parent relationship is in place. This would be a constituent Query with the parents as the criteria focus and not the student. You'll probably want to either Query for all current parents, because that is the only way to identify all parents as well as their students, and help you understand how many from each homeroom have given or not.

After that, you would need to do an Export refine the output and show giving per household. This is where you will include student name and whatever field identifies their homeroom.

It shouldn't be hard IF the data is all in place.
