Membership Cards

I am having a difficult time with my barcode not printing out correctly on my membership cards. On the screen it looks fine, but when I print it out the bars are not clear. I'm using the correct Font (3 of 9) and I believe the size is 24. I'm new and this is my first time to print the cards. I had a chat earlier this week with Altru regarding my cards, but they aren't available today. Does anyone have any ideas that would help me? Thanks!

@Charlotte Burke I am having a problem with my barcodes not printing as all, since they did the change over/migration. Anybody have solutions?

It's been awhile as we've gone digital, but try using a smaller font size, maybe a 16

I did this on Monday because my barcodes weren't printing out at all. Go to Tickets/Print Setup (under Initial setup) and go to the bottom of the list and click on Barcode Font. Make sure you are not in Chrome - use Edge. Follow the prompts to download the font to your desktop, or replace the one you have. Then try re-running a card. Hope this helps!
