Managing online gifts from Organizations - RE/LO Tool

My organization uses Luminate Online and Raiser's Edge to manage our online giving. When using the RE/LO integration tool, we are finding it difficult to manage gifts from organizations. Since the RE/LO tool only uses the RE individual profile format, we are finding we have lots of duplicates (one for the individual submitting the gift and the existing organization profile). What is the best way to process and manage online gifts from organizations that are made online?

@Sarah Sanders - I recommend you cross-post this question on the LO Forum. My experience with RELO is from a few years ago, but from what I can remember bring over org information was absolutely a pain point and there was not much you could do improve it. The only thing I can recommend is to set up a maintenance query to look for recently added Org records and review for possible duplicates, merge if needed.
