Managing online gifts from Organizations - RE/LO Tool
My organization uses Luminate Online and Raiser's Edge to manage our online giving. When using the RE/LO integration tool, we are finding it difficult to manage gifts from organizations. Since the RE/LO tool only uses the RE individual profile format, we are finding we have lots of duplicates (one for the individual submitting the gift and the existing organization profile). What is the best way to process and manage online gifts from organizations that are made online?
I was suggested to cross post this topic in both RE and Luminate forums.

My team is struggling with managing online donations from employees make donations on the behalf of their companies.
