Scanning Group Sales Tickets

Is there a way to scan group sales tickets so that they show up in the scan column in the event attendance report? This is the report we use most often for attendance reporting and it would be great to have a more accurate view of the attendance number. Thanks!

  • @Allie Todd No. I checked with them on this years ago. Even when scanned, they are ‘checked in’ but. they are not marked as attended. This applies to any ticket - programs, admissions events
