Cuseum - Digital Cards and Member Portal

Are any of you using Cuseum and if so, was it a smooth transition? If you are using Cuseum, did you make digital cards mandatory (unless the member doesn't have an email address), or do you use the Membership Type to distinguish between Digital and Printed? Are you also using the member portal? Has that helped members to update their information? Thanks for any responses you have to my questions!

  • @Charlotte Burke Hi Charlotte! We used to utilize Cuseum but have since transitioned our membership cards to Social Good. We went completely digital unless a physical card was requested on site reducing our print and card expense almost entirely. Social Good works much better for our members and organization while also offering a member portal.
