Soft Credits not showing on constituent gift tab

Hi! I am currently training a new employee on Raiser's Edge. We're on the topic of soft credits. I've shown her how to do them okay, but when I got to the point of showing her how to tell the difference between a soft credit and hard credit on a constituent record, her computer looks different than mine.

If we pull up the giving history from the same record, mine shows “Cash-SC” on the gift type, along with the entire line being in blue colored font. Hard credit gifts are normal, black font. Example here:

Now, on my new colleagues screen, these same two gifts show up as Type: Cash, and both in black. There is no blue font, and nothing is marked as Cash--SC.

Anyone know why this is? or how we can get hers to read correctly?

@Alicia Valtierra How the gifts show on the gift tab is determined by the legend settings. Right click while on the gift window (or can be done in user settings). Find Soft Credit in the gift type window. Select your font color, bold/italic and put in your suffix of -SC.
