Giving User Access To Edit Only Specific Forms

I would like to give a user access to edit only specific School Forms. Is this possible?

I've gone into Core > Security > Content Editor Access > Content. I created a new group, added the user, added the Forms content type, and managed to figure out how to create a new Category for the forms I want them to specifically edit.

What I can't figure out is how to associate the existing School Forms with the category.

Or is there a better way to go about this?
