Consecutive year giving

I want to get the consecutive year giving information of donors who donated last fiscal year for donor wall. Is there a way to do that from database or NXT. I can see the information individually in NXT but how to get an excel report from a query or export?

@Naila Asif Create a constituent query of gifts during the last fiscal year to produce the constituents (make sure to include the gift types that you count for this such as cash, pledges, stock, etc, whatever your organization uses to count money raised)., then export that query in RE EXPORT which has the summary gift total for that fiscal year. You probably want to include soft credits in both the query and export summary totals since many folks give thru DAVF's and companies. If you have a code for DAVF records, you can then filter those out. I know our organization will count both the ORG and the individual who gets soft-credited, the exception being DAVF's which we code as such. Count both for soft credits not only in the query but the export as well for the summary total.

@Joe Moretti, How would I get the consecutive year giving by using the summary information? I can get the total number of gifts but I need to know how many years they are giving consecutively.

@Naila Asif Sorry, I mistunderstood. Take the query you create for those who gave that last FY and attach it to the Consecutive Years Report, which is in Report/Analytical Reports/COnsecutive Years Report.
