Updating Field Value for BBMS Gifts

In BBMS, the “Letter” field appears to pre-populate with a specific template. For us, it is called an FY24 template, so I need to change this to FY25. How or where do I make this change to the field value for recurring or one-time BBMS gifts?

@Kate Nehila What are you using to bring in the gifts to BBMS processing? OLX? NetC? When you process the gifts are you using a default batch/template? I'm thinking you need to change the default letter in your default batch/template. That is just a matter of opening it and going to Batch Design/Gift Batch Set Up (icon below “Favorites” when in batch > Defaults and updating the entry.

“Letter” field is not in BBMS, it is a “gift record” property in RE. So are you saying gift processed through BBMS?

There are few platform where gifts are processed through BBMS, either manually (Online Express), semi-manually (LO integration), or automatically (RE NXT Donation form, JustGiving, etc).

Where are you seeing the letter auto propulated?

@Kate Nehila are you referring to the AI Acknowledgement emails that are now available? In other words, does the letter code populate after you approve the credit card batch?
