Posting Pledges to the General Ledger

Has anyone had issues when posting a pledge from RE to the General Ledger, it shows up in the GL as Summarized? The batch # is missing along with the Reference information

we post pledge from RE to FE, so no problem.

You have to make sure that the pledge + gift subtype used on the gift record has defined GL distribution for the fund that is used for the pledge.

@Yolanda Robinson When you say that the Batch number is missing, do you mean the RE Batch or the FE Batch (or both)?

If you've already verified the GL distribution for the Fund (and possibly subtype), I would reach out to support for this.

Thanks guys. Issued solved. Someone had somehow checked the summary box on one of the tabs in the FE database view.
