Donor Lifecycle Questions

Hello again Blackbaud Community! You've all been wonderfully helpful in the past, so I thought I'd reach out once more with another question, this time for NXT users.

I'm trying to pull a list of our acquired, retained, and recaptured donors over the last several fiscal years. Under Fundraising > Reporting, there are existing tabs for this information but there is no option to refine the results, so it only reports ‘year to date’ information (I am not entirely sure if this ‘year to date’ is calendar or fiscal year). Is there any way I can pull this information for the previous years on NXT?

@Antanella Tirone if you click on the circle with the letter “i” in it, the in-product help window will display and provide some explanations of the timeframes applied by Blackbaud.

These cannot be adjusted, so if you prefer a different timeframe, the reports may be of less value for your organization.
