Hi, I have a sustaining subsequent thank you email going out that is showing some transaction information that I don't think it is necessary like “Duration” and “Pledge Amount” how can I remove it. I am stuck on trying to edit it but it just looks like code to me. Thanks for your help.

Due to some regulation, Blackbaud has forced it upon all LO auto responder to include the transaction summary (if you didn't already have it explicitly in your autoresponder). the s-tag used for transaction summary basically make it not possible to “modify” however you like.
