Can't mass update "Do Not Contact" Field on Phones?

Sooo… long story short… we have 2,700 email addresses we have to mark as Bounced. We do that by giving each email address a Bounced Email type, marking the email as Inactive and marking it as Do Not Contact (DNC).

Didn't really want to do this manually so I looked into importing a file of email addresses and just updating all the values. I can do that with all the fields… except for DNC. Doesn't even seem to be listed in the Constituent Phone Import fields (database view, obv)….

Am I missing something or is Blackbaud just sucky? Both can be true. ?

@Tom Klimchak This can be done with third-party tools like ImportOmatic or Importacular. Unfortunately the default tool doesn't have that functionality.

You can do this through Power Automate automation in a few steps, but not sure if you want to dive into it though.

@Dariel Dixon Hmm.. we have ImportOmatic but it doesn't allow us to add that field in as something we can update. It's kinda of weird: the field is listed but we can't add it to a configuration….

@Tom Klimchak In Importomatic I have the email DNC marked as YES in a virtual field.
