Incorrect Expiration Dates Auto Applied (with online forms) near 9/10/2024 BB Outage?

Hi all,

I'm in the process of tidying up our acknowledgement process (and catching up after the recent exit of a colleague), and we have a template that pulls membership transaction information. Our memberships are set up with expiration dates that are the last day of the same month, but a year out (so a membership purchased on 10/15/2024 would expire 10/31/2025).

We noticed that, for several online membership transactions, the expiration date was manipulated somehow to incorrectly show either a month prior or a month after:

For some, the transaction date was 9/10/2024 and the expiration date was 8/31/2025, while others with transaction dates up until roughly 9/12/2024, had expirations set to 10/31/2025. In all these cases, the expiration date should have been 9/30/2025. I ran a membership transaction using our online forms and the issue could not be recreated.

I think this might be related to the major BB outage that happened on 9/10/2024, but I wanted to see if others had a similar issue since I have confirmed that no staff had made settings changes around that time.

I haven't noticed anything different or odd like that. BUT it makes me hope I've been paying attention. My October renewals looked normal, numbers wise.
