Setting up a new user

Hi,

I'm having great difficulty setting up a new User account in our Raisers Edge.

I've been waiting 1 hour 2 minutes to talk to someone at Blackbaud - is there anyone working at Blackbaud today?

My Main issue is Linking the User account to my Organisation. How do I Affiliate a User to an Organisation

@Rob Nixon did you get help? Were you able to follow the steps here: How do I invite (add) a user to Blackbaud.com and grant them access to Customer Support or Training (Blackbaud University) resources?
