'There is a problem in uploading your file' after database refresh to locally hosted environments

We have multiple locally-hosted environments and after doing database refreshes from production the File Upload is now erroring out for all files. No errors in the Errors table, and no errors in the browser console. BB Support claims it might be a post-refresh configuration issue, but I don't think it is because I've done the post-refresh process many times in the past without this issue. We are on SP35. Anyone ever seen this issue before?

  • @Brad Cathey Curious, could you list here specifically which configuration item(s) require a reset based on BB Support’s feedback for each of the refreshed environments?

    For BBIS specifically, beyond encryption and user setup items for CRM, etc., the Plugin service URL, Website URL, Alternate Site URLs, as well as various places in content that have differing paths than our production deployment. That's what I normally change post-refresh. BB Support did not provide me with a specific configuration to look for to solve for this issue.
