We are in the process of implementing Luminate and are working to get it to do what NetCommunity currently does for us regarding sending emails, event registrations and online giving forms. We would like to take the next steps into more fully using Luminate and are looking for a consultant that can guide us. Is anyone working with a consultant that they really like who has experience with Luminate and RE/NXT?

    I recommend first checking out Blackbaud University where we have 24/7 on-demand training resources as well as live, instructor-led trainings for various things you may be trying to do in Luminate Online. We have various subscription models here that your organization can subscribe to for accessing trainings if you find that there is a cost to attend. That would require a quick conversation with your Account Executive/Manager.

    Additionally, we can help in Professional Services at Blackbaud through a paid engagement if you are still looking on your end. We have many different offerings from a small bucket of hours (as little as 5 hours) for general Q&A all the way up to a year-long retainer or Advisory + project to help you execute more strategic initiatives.

    Finally, we do also have a Partner Marketplace at https://app.blackbaud.com/marketplace/ where you can find an organization that can help you get your questions answered as well.
