We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 14 for version 4.0 released today, and is available on the Blackbaud downloads page.  

 

Service Pack Highlights for Blackbaud CRM are as follows:
  • More Fundraiser on the Go capabilities
    • View additional prospect information including photo, additional addresses and revenue smart fields
  • Enhanced Communication Consent Support 
    • Significant enhancements help you capture communication consent by channel in support of GDPR and best practices around constituent communications
 

Service Pack Highlights for Blackbaud Internet Solutions are as follows:
  • New Event Registration Form User Interface
    • New UI elegantly walks registrants through the event registration process in a clean, consistent manner no matter how many events you have on your form, and how many days those events span
  • Event Batch Processing Redesign
    • Redesigned batch processing screens better accommodate multiple event registrations and help reduce the risk of creating duplicate records
  • Enhanced Communication Consent Support
    • New functionality on the Communication Preference Form supports the new solicit code types for channel-level consent available in Blackbaud CRM and captures required supporting information to be stored with the consent
  • Responsive Email Template Samples
    • “Mobile friendly” sample email templates have moved from within the product and replaced them with a link to our Blackbaud Developer Network, where they will be maintained
