SQL Primary Salutation Function

We use Report Builder to pull data from our nightly backup files to run custom reports. I'm now receiving an error message with reports containing the Addressee and Salutation fields. I'm wondering if there was an update on Blackbaud's end that affected the CASE WHEN function, since this was provided to us from Blackbaud years ago.

Has anyone else run into this issue, or have an alternative SQL query to retrieve the Addressee and Salutation fields?

Any input would be HIGHLY appreciated.

The SQL code looks good. I don't think that's the problem.

You said that you are doing this against a nightly backup, which you must have loaded onto a local SQL Server. You might want to check with your IT team if the loading process has a problem.

The error message you got is "EXECUTE permission was denied". You will want to check your login permission to execute a Stored Procedures on dbo.RE7
