Hi there!

My name is Jessi, and I'm the Product Manager for Core in Education management.

The Core team is exploring a new Actions feature in Education Management, designed to help your staff keep track of to‑do items and document important activities directly in the system. Actions will feel familiar if you use Raiser's Edge NXT, but they’ll be tailored to each Education Management solution (Academics, Enrollment Management, Core, and Billing Management) to better support the unique needs of each area.

Because Actions may be used across many offices at a school, we know that access, permissions, and security are especially important, and this is where we need your input.

We’re hoping to learn things like:

  • How would you expect access to Actions to be controlled at your school?
  • Should admissions Actions be secured separately from academic office Actions?
  • How should Actions be configured for different roles, such as academic staff, IT, and teachers?
