Here are the latest changes in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for April 7, 2026.

The following features are generally available to everyone!

Explore alumni giving with a new Standard report

You can now analyze alumni giving trends by graduating class, degree program, and major with the new Alumni Class Analysis report. Use this report to compare class-level performance or review individual gift detail to better understand alumni engagement and fundraising opportunities over time.

For more information, see Standard Reports.

The following features are available for some or more of you:

Build email sign up forms to save time and drive engagement (for some of you)

Online constituent forms help you drive engagement and streamline data entry. To make it easy for constituents to update their profile, choose communication preferences, and collect additional information on your website, create a form from Online Giving, Constituent forms.

Prospect Insights Pro scores refresh (for some of you in the US)

Prospect Insights Pro's data models and projected giving and wealth information scores now use the latest available data and adaptive modeling. The refresh affects all queues, so make sure to review your best major gift prospects. Because the queues are sorted by priority, you may notice different prospects at the top of a list.

Better duplicate prevention with expanded Online data review for Events (for some of you)

A workflow change is coming for events users in web view. Online data review is expanding to include event registrations. If you have an active web view event registration form, review and update your Online data review settings to ensure these transactions are included.

Read the blog article that walks through how event registrations were handled before and how they are handled now.

Alumni giving report is not " generally available to everyone!

"The Alumni Class Analysis report tracks constituent giving across alumni classes. Use it to understand how different graduating classes, degree programs, and majors contribute to your organization, either through individual gift detail or class‑level summaries. This report is designed for education organizations and is available only to organizations with Alumni Tracking…."

    ??

Seems like this has always been available in RE - Analytical Reports > Alumni Class Analysis. Filter on any of the fields mentioned.

@JoAnn Strommen You are correct. This report has been available in database view, but it's now generally available in web view to those who have the Alumni Tracking.

@Lindsey Rix so when db view is retired, we will no longer have access to this report unless we have "Alumni Tracking"??

@JoAnn Strommen If you have access to it now, you should also have access to it in web view. In database view, does your organization have the RE:Alum module? Also, have you checked to see if you have access to it in web view? From Analysis, Standard Reports, look under Analytical Reports.

  • In Canada we are getting desperate to offer online gift receipts immediately (like in OLX) rather than waiting for batch approval (NXT). Any estimate for activation of that function?
