Data Import Dashboard Not Updating

Hi All -

I'm a new user of Core / Billing Mgmt. My Import dashboard does not show the status on any recent attempts to upload (since like 2024 actually). There are no filters set. Makes it pretty hard to troubleshoot failures. It's just me. Our other user can see things fine.

Our most experienced BB person doesn't know how to fix. We are a small college without IT support and pretty new to BB (year 2) so not yet expert. Any ideas on how to get this unstuck? Thanks,
