Setting batch defaults for gifts coming to an NXT batch via Blackbaud Donation Forms

I know there is a way to create NXT batch templates and apply them to an existing batch, but is there a way to set the NXT batches that are auto-created from online gifts to Blackbaud Donation Forms to have certain defaults as soon as they are created? I would like to save the step of having to apply defaults.

Currently, the only default options you can set that I am aware of are Campaign, Appeal, Package, and Gift Subtype which is something if you basically have a single fund giving page or one for a special appeal, but not as helpful for day to day giving pages IMHO.

I'd encourage a visit to the idea bank to vote up ideas related to what you have described or create one if something does not exist. If you find any good ones, post them here and I'm sure you will attract more votes!😀
