Approve Batch Needs Confirmation Screen

This past week I had a Gift Processor accidentally hit the Approve button on a web view batch before reviewing it. I've nearly done this myself on occasion. Needless to say, it created a lot of additional frustration to find and fix each gift record.

We also need more of an "alert" or "warning" when the totals don't match. DBV makes it clear that the totals don't match, but WV does nothing to indicate that the totals are different.

I agree! I want a "validate before committing" option with the option to cancel if it doesn't balance. Why is it so hard to get what we had in DB view in web view? Also, this idea already exists. That ideas platform has weak SEO for finding existing ideas until you've already added a new one and then there's the idea you couldn't find as a "Related idea":

It would also be helpful for approved batches to be viewable in web view. We shouldn't have to look these up in database view.

You can view approved batches in web view. If you click on the Filters button, you'll see an option to hide approved batches that is checked by default:

Once you uncheck it, you'll be able to see approved batches.
