Adding Coordinators to Events

Question

How do other folks indicate that someone is an event coordinator in NXT's events? Database view had that functionality built in, but NXT has nothing. As my org tries to transfer over to doing data entry through NXT, we need to find a new solution.

I haven't found any resources about this (either informational posts from Blackbaud or user discussion posts) so I have been brainstorming my own ideas. The best I can think of so far is to add a new Participation Level called Coordinator and use that.

Participation level is where we track this at my org :) Thanks for bringing this thread to my attention @Crystal Bruce. Feels good to be echoing @Daisy Alarcon and @JoAnn Strommen. Three sources is my low benchmark :)

If they don't bring over that field, I think your suggestion of a participation level is a good solution.

Hi @SJ Larkspur , using a Participation Level is the recommended approach for tracking event staff & coordinators in your RENXT Event. But curious to hear what others have to share!
