Post donation form user satisfaction survey

Question

We deployed our new giving form at the University of Cincinnati Foundation back in June but want to follow that up with a survey to find out if there's any pain points with it or even compliments regarding the improvements we've made to it. Does anyone have any recommendations for a solution we could use to gather feedback. The link for the survey would be at the bottom of the acknowledgement email upon donating. Appreciate any advice or recommendations.

@Greg Vissing, it's great to see you on here! There a few ways to handle this, but as you state, putting the link at the bottom of the confirmation page or email is the best. I've seen folks have the pop-up on the confirmation page to forward to a survey, which can work as well. Some folks have used the survey parts, but I'd say most I see use a google form or survey monkey.

I found one possible option but still curious to hear what others have had experience with. BBIS has a Survey part type, which enables the admin to create various question types (multiple choice, text field answer, date field) while also storing all responses within the created Survey part.
