Require Deposit for Problem Customers Only

Hi,

So I've been doing some digging and I'm stumped how to do this (or if it is even possible).

In the normal course of business, you get organizations or customers who are problematic - perhaps they always pay late, their checks bounce or they constantly miss appointments or reschedule last minute. I want to be able to make only these customers require a deposit upon booking and be able to adjust the requirement if needed.

This should be an extremely simple thing to configure (a flag or another tab), but so far all I have found is a group sales setting that either ALL bookings require a deposit or NONE do. Am I missing something? If not, is there an actual reason the system is designed like this, because it seems like a major oversight.

Not really. We have multiple people who enter reservations so this relies on the users remembering the problem customers and their individual terms. I do create a note for each of these constituents and make a notification that pops up on the constituent record, however these do not appear when creating a reservation.

Hello @AHM Admissions #3!  Within and group reservation, you can customize an individual reservation's amount and due dates.  When you create a group reservation by clicking "Add" at the top right corner of the Group Sales calendar, there's a tab where you can customize their due dates.  The tab is called "Due date".  See screenshot below.  This tab does prepopulate with the default setting you created, but they can be customized as you add the reservation.
