Online sales using Apple devices

We've gotten lots of complains recently from Apple customers who are not able to purchase tickets online. When they get to the checkout page the key pad will not appear and they are unable to enter their card information. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it an Altru issue, Apple issue, or something else all together.

We've seen this a few times as well. In our experience, it appears to be browser-related. Guests have reported that the keypad doesn't appear on the payment screen, and switching to Chrome or Microsoft Edge usually resolves the issue. We typically recommend trying a different browser, especially if they're using Safari.
