Compatible Label Printers with Altru

Question

I'm researching replacements for the label making printer we have and have been looking at the Dymo® LabelWriter® 400 Series Printer since it prints on very small jewelry tags. However, I cannot find anywhere that it would be compatible with Blackbaud Altru, and how to work it into our workflow. I asked the Dymo live chat if it's compatible, but I feel like I got an AI, google AI says that blackbaud has no proprietary limitations on what printers you can use. So, both of these answers seem to be at odds. I also understand that AI often hallucinates answers and is often wrong. So, would anyone have any idea what printer is and isn't compatible with Altru, or even have some recommendations? Much appreciated.

We use multiple models, and our smallest label size is 1.2" x 0.85". Since the barcode exports as a PDF, we use the printer settings rather than Altru to adjust the layout. It should work with most printers, but I'd recommend checking with your Blackbaud support team to confirm compatibility. 😁

Thank you for the help. I looked into the system requirements, and it talks about receipt printers but not label printers.. does this mean it works with anything as along as its chrome or edge compatible? What zebra printer do you use and how small of a merchandise sticker can it make?
