I'm working on transitioning more of my org's processes to Web View and noticed two things while entering a check batch in RE NXT Web View. * Benefits wasn't available while creating batch templates but is available to add once I'm in a batch. I tried searching for it while creating a template, but it wasn't there. Am I missing something? * The pay method of "Check" doesn't distinguish between Personal and Business like it does in database view. After committing the batch in Web View, I found that all checks in DB view show as Personal checks. One of them in my batch was a business check, so I had to go into the gift to fix it before running reports for my Fiscal team. Are there plans to split the pay method type? @Anthony Gallo, would these be questions I should sent to Blackbaud Support or put in the Idea Bank?

I would say that the first bullet is a bug, so support would be the best spot for that one. I see the other linking options there that were just released so something is not right.

For the second bullet, this is already in the idea bank and something we are planning for early 2027 to bring back. You can track that idea here.

@Anthony Gallo Could I follow that up with a question about the bank relationships and whether they are coming to web view? When we have a cheque donor, we also add the bank relationship details, i.e bank name, account number, etc.
